Terms of sale:
i) stocks to be valued at cost for sale value
ii) The value of the infrustructure to be added on the stock valuation to get the selling value
iii) The seller is the sole appointed distributor for Tyfood tiles which will be passed to the new owner.
iv) stocks are currently not valued but rough estimate would be 30m for stocks, which will be confirmed with a stock take and valuing then at cost.
v) average sales at pick period 40-45m off pick/slow months 30-35m
vi) Current staff base is 30 employees
