The stunning beach resort on Bofa Beach in Kilifi, Silver Palm Resort and Spa has awesome beachfront gardens, a large winding swimming pool that breathtakingly runs from the Swahili themed kingly reception through the gardens to the seafront and an elegant scented spa.
The awe inspiring 38 rooms are made up of 22 executive rooms, 6 swim-up suites, 6 deluxe suites, 2 premier suites, and 2 premier suites with private pool.
All rooms have elegant coastal furniture in shades of coral and cream, and low lighting; all have aircon, phone, WiFi, safe, fridge and balcony.
The swim-up suites are larger, and have balconies that open directly onto the iconic swimming pool.
The deluxe suites have a bedroom and living room, and their bathrooms have a bath. The premier suites have 2 bedrooms, living room with bar, and are served by a butler.
The Mambrui Restaurant, near the reception, serves mainly buffets.
The popular Forodhani Restaurant, overlooking the beach, has a good menu including prawns tempura, salad niçoise, rock lobster, pepper steak, spaghetti al pomodoro, and chocolate mousse. The bar has an extensive list of wines, cocktails and mocktails.
The Barizi Spa, surrounding a water feature, has four elegant massage rooms, a Vichy treatment room, salon, steam room and the health bar.
There’s also the nicely equipped modern gym, a geat tennis court and a children’s games room.
