Key Responsibilities:
Lead and organize the local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including monthly Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive S&OP meetings.
Prepare and finalize demand plans, proposing and executing measures to enhance their quality.
Monitor master data quality, ensuring consistency and coordinating necessary adaptations with relevant functions.
Document planning principles, guidelines, and user manuals to support sustainable knowledge maintenance.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses in Inventory and Portfolio Management, supporting the development of related reports.
Participate in integration and end-user testing, ensuring seamless system implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Supply and Demand Planning.
